It feels like yesterday..I was worried about getting my Weber State textbooks, paying for my parking pass, and buying school supplies for each class!
NOW.. I'm worried about teaching the first few weeks of school, buying the right school supplies for my classroom, and getting to know the staff at my school! It's crazy how in 3 months..I went from being the student to being the teacher. I'm extremely nervous, but SUPER excited all at the same time!
I've already met w/my job partner a few times. She's nice, positive, and up-beat. I know she'll be a great person to work with in the 5th grade. I'm looking forward to a great year..and I hope that I can be a great first-year teacher! School starts August 24th..I'll keep you updated on how my first week goes. Cross your fingers for me!! :)
