Hey Everyone!So I've been looking for really good makeup. Believe it or not, I got sucked into one of those Sheer Cover informericals 2 months ago. I ended up ordering a set of make-up for the special price. At first, I LOVED it! I got so much stuff: concealer, 2 shades of mineral powder, mascara, lip/eye palette, face wash, moisturizer, pore minimizer/blemish cream, 3 make-up brushes, and bronzer.
I still LOVE the bronzer, mascara, and lip/eye palette. However, the concealer doesn't seem to be covering my blemishes as well as before. Speaking of blemishes, I keep breaking out on my chin. Either the face wash or the concealer is drying me out as well!! I'm a little disappointed.
So here's my question.. do you have a make-up brand you love? What is it? WHY??

I am a Clinique girl for sure! I have been using it since my senior year in H.S. because I had such terrible breakouts. I love it and am still using it today..only like 5 years AFTER i have graduated H.S.!!! HAHA! In my dreams!
I've used Clinique before..and I have to say that I don't break out. On the other hand, it doesn't cover my freckles. I want something with really good coverage.
hmmm... I was going to say Clinique also! You might try MAC for really good coverage. If you use Clinique liquid foundation it cover's pretty well. I like it but make sure to blend! You're so gorgeous you don't need very much!! For real :)

I'm like you I've been looking for a really good make-up and have really considered the sheer minieral -- I hate you were disappointed but helps to know. I want something sheer but that will still cover age spots (Yeah I'm old) So see you just trade blemishes for age spots as you age. Be sure to use sunscreen! Anyways, I need coverage but without looking like you've caked on fondation, i want it to look natural. and like April said your gorgeous, you don't need much. I can't wait for you to come this summer and help me set up my own blog. Mom
