Ogden Half Marathon

Clint and his good friend, Rod, both ran the Ogden Half Marathon (13.1 miles) on Saturday, May 17th. Clint had been preparing by running almost every other night! I went on a bike ride with him once while he ran. There was no way I was running six miles without some kind of help :)

Clint was planning to run the half marathon under 2 hours. He accomplished his goal by running it in 1 hr and 48 minutes. What a STUD! He ranked 27th in his age group and 241st overall out of 1,852 runners!! But he took 1st out of all of his co-workers from Tax Works.

I'm so proud of him for sticking with it. He did better at the half marathon, than any of his previous running times. Here are some pictures of Clint crossing the finish line, and one with his friend Rod.
